About Us

The mission of Eco Thermal Contracting is to provide mechanical insulation and fire stop to reduce energy consumption, greenhouse gas emissions and energy costs.

Eco Thermal Contracting has been trained and certified in the National Insulation Association Insulation Energy Appraisal Program. An energy appraisal can outline potential savings, emission reductions and contribute to a cleaner environment —all with a short payback period. We will gladly prepare an estimate, perform an energy audit, and analyze your fire stopping needs.

Our employees have been thoroughly trained in a four year apprenticeship program and are proud members of the Heat and Frost Insulators Local 12. All our employees are trained and certified in: MTA NYC Transit Track Safety, Aerial work Platforms, OSHA 10, OSHA 30, Confined Space Entry and User Supported Scaffold training.

We have completed projects for the New York City Transit Authority (NYCTA), Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) and New York area hospitals. There is no scope of work too big or too small!
